Merigomish, Nova Scotia Canada

Our niece Shonna used to live in Halifax.  She has provided us with a long list of her friends in which we should contact. Not sure if time will allow for all of them.

Here we are with Liz.  We were able to park the motorhome in her yard.  We stayed 3 nights and Liz showed us around.  It was great.

Baird's Tradesmen Museum
Excellent museum.  It is privately owned by Danny & Sally Baird.  Danny walked us through the entire museum telling us what each item was,  how it was used, how old it was plus any story about who it belonged to or how he acquired it.  Most small museums you pay a few bucks, wonder around looking at old stuff and don't know anything more by the time you leave.   Danny was great.

Big Island

Another friend of Shonna's, Walter.
Walter has a U-Pick garden (or he will pick it for you).  He makes wooden ink pens. He also splits wood and sells it.  He's quite the guy.
