Well Grandma we finally made it.
For many many years Dave's Grandma has told us we needed to go to Burney Falls.
Over 100 million gallons of water, enough to fill two million bathtubs, stream over the edge of the 129-foot high falls each day.

The Falls Loop trail takes you through some of the most spectacular scenery in the park.
The chalk-like wall you see along the trail are remnants of a pre-Ice Age Lake Britton,

Had to hit the town of Shasta. We heard they had tye dye on clearance.
Not to mention they are home to the original Black Bear Diner
McCloud RV Resort 530 964-2252 They have limited 50 amp sites be sure to call well in advance. We like site 83. When checking availability play with the arrival dates. Could stay in Shasta City until 50 amp available. Wifi does not work and we were only 2 spots away from the office.
