Monticello, Utah

Dove Creek, Colorado, is famous for its beans, particularly its dryland-farmed pinto beans, earning it the title "Pinto Bean Capital of the World". Dove Creek is known for growing the best pinto beans, not necessarily the most. The town also grows other varieties, including Anasazi, black beans, Bolita, and kidney beans, which are known for their thin skins, creamy texture, and rich flavor due to the high-iron soil and lack of irrigation.
