Saint George, Utah

CJ at Dixie Diesel was hopeful that he could get us a new air dryer from Freightliner on Monday.  So Monday morning we got up bright and early to head back down to Saint George.  As we were pulling out of the RV park he called to let us know that the parts would not be in until Tuesday.  Since we were already up and moving we continued on the Saint George.  We pulled into the Walmart parking lot to stock up on supplies as we waited for check in time at the RV park.

As we had searched for an RV park close to Dixie Diesel we had an idea that Dave's sister and her husband might be staying at this RV park for Trail Hero. They pulled in within minutes of us. They were completely surprised to see us there.  We were able to have dinner with them at Seven Brothers Burgers.   I failed to get a picture. I am not so good with the people pictures.

Tuesday morning we got up bright and early again and dropped the Motorhome off at Dixie Diesel.  We headed off to the post office to mail a letter and got a phone call from Dixie Diesel.  The part was not in at Freightliner.  Now they are hoping for Wednesday.  We returned, picked up the motorhome and took it back to the RV park.

Making good use of our time we were able to have lunch at with Sam and Anne Walker at The Grille at Sand Hollow Resort, in which I failed to get a picture.

We then had dinner at Kim and Dean's house

Wednesday morning we again got up bright and early and dropped the Motorhome off at Dixie Diesel.  This time the parts were there.

While the motorhome was being repaired we were able to visit with Paul and Becky at their new home  they just purchased in Hurricane.

Then we had lunch at Cross Country Diner.  The food was great.

Even though it was an unscheduled stop, we had a good time visiting with everyone.
