That's where we're going
The Flag Point Track Site contains approximately 35 dinosaur footprints with an average length of about 18 inches. The prints are very clear and seem to be well preserved. There is a striking pictograph of a print on the vertical rock face below the main track site.
Everyone getting a good look
The red pictograph of the footprint is in the central part of a rock art panel. It is surrounded by figures on both sides facing the footprint with arms raised, as though worshiping the print. The pictograph is the oldest known recording of a dinosaur footprint in North America. The pictograph is thought to date from 900-1150 A.D.
