Checking out the massive metal sculptures in the Galleta Meadows Sculptures.  There are over 130 and as you are driving around they just seem to pop up out of nowhere, it is so awesome.

The Calcite Mine, which dates to World War II days, is situated on the northeast slope of the Santa Rosa Mountains below Travelers Peak. It is a collection of crazily shaped sandstone configurations located a little over a mile and a half from County Road S-22 over a jeep trail.

Santa Catarina Historical Marker overlooking Santa Catarina spring. The marker commemorates the 1774 and 1775 Anza expeditions’ campsites at the spring.
