After dealing with my poison ivy for a couple weeks which seemed to be getting worse, I finally broke down and went to Urgent Care. They gave me a shot and sent in three prescriptions for me.

As luck would have it before we could get across town to Walgreens to pick up those prescriptions Olga blew through town. I had to wait another day for Walgreens power to be restored before I could get my prescriptions.

Remnants of Tropical Storm Olga ripped through the town Corinth leaving a path of destruction. With "Straight Line Winds" coming through reaching between 70 to 100 miles per hour. Within 15 to 20 minutes the storm had come and gone taking down countless trees and powerlines. Leaving most of the town in the dark.

After trying several roads back to the Farm to check on things and finding them blocked by fallen trees and debris. We ended up parking the Jeep and walking / hiking, climbing over and under downed trees.

Day two

I went to town to pick up lunch for all of us. She is not finished making the sandwiches but check out the slice of cheese.

End of day two. The road is now clear. Just trimming some low hanging branches so we can get the motorhome out. Michael, Dan and Dave worked two full days cutting and clearing all the downed trees from the Cabin to the County road.

With the power still out and temperatures expected to be in the low 30's we decided to move the motorhome four miles down the road to the local RV Park.

After we got settled in at the RV Park we returned to the farm in hopes of walking the trails around the property. There were so many downed trees it was impossible to make much progress.
