Headstones in the cemetery range from the homemade wooden and metal monuments to the more elaborate marble engraved stones found at many human cemeteries. The dead include many famous dogs such as Hunter's Famous Amos, Ralston Purina's 1984 Dog of the Year.
In a Cave
This unique bar/restaurant was built up under a bluff, with seating in a large cave and on top of the bluff. It's a one-of-a-kind experience, out in the country far from any big cities. There's water pouring constantly off the bluff like a fountain. The food was great and affordable. They often have bands playing in the cave area. Inside the saloon, there are snake skins, a mounted head of a wild boar and unique pictures. They're only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and don't start serving beer until 5 pm. It's part of the Seven Springs Lodge resort. You can camp out here in your RV, or you can spend the night in one of their grain silos that have been converted to bunkhouses. They're fully equipped with furnished bedrooms, a living room, TV, microwave, and a coffee maker. There are stables for people to keep their horse, and plenty of trails to ride or just hike.
